Partnership & Project Manager – Everybody Can

To lead the development, coordination and delivery of Everybody Can Service Areas, supporting health, wellbeing, physical activity, social inclusion and life opportunities for children, young people and adults with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), learning disabilities and additional needs across Tameside.

The Partnership & Project Manager will:
• Lead strategic projects and programmes that support SEND participants and adults with learning disabilities and additional needs.
• Develop and manage partnerships with education, health, social care, community and voluntary sector organisations.
• Secure and manage funding opportunities that support programme growth and long-term sustainability.
• Support Active Tameside's commitment to inclusion, accessibility and reducing health inequalities.
• Ensure programmes are participant-centred, outcome-focused and aligned to local and national priorities.
