Job role: I work across the Greater Manchester (GM) city region to spread and grow the integration of physical activity in health and care systems with a communications and marketing focus.

I work on messaging campaign(s) which are guilt-free and positive, often highlighting the small steps to change that make a huge difference to people's lives and bring many lifestyle, personal and societal benefits.

There's also work to provide and signpost to training and resources, utilising the evidence led national training and resources available to ensure that all layers of the system have access to time and resources to understand the opportunities and benefits of integrating physical activity in their offer.
