The Role
We are looking to appoint a Training Officer. The post holder will lead, deliver, and oversee high-quality learning and development opportunities, including statutory and developmental training such as First Aid at Work and the National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ). They will maintain accurate compliance records and ensure all training activity aligns with health and safety legislation and UK qualification standards, promoting a safe, skilled, and professional environment.
