GM Moving is seeking delivery partners to support the design and delivery of Leading and Moving in GM, our new people and leadership development approach.
This work is designed to strengthen the skills, relationships, leadership and culture needed to achieve our shared purpose: changing lives through movement, physical activity and sport.
We believe lasting change happens when people, communities and organisations work together through strong relationships, collaboration and systems thinking. Rather than delivering a traditional training programme, we see this as a system change intervention.
Before you submit your Expression of Interest
There are four separate opportunities available, each with a different focus, budget and intended outcomes:

Please read the full brief before submitting an expression of interest. This will help you identify the opportunity, or opportunities, that best match your expertise and experience. If you wish to apply for more than one opportunity, a separate submission is required for each.
Who we’re looking for
We are inviting expressions of interest from organisations, consultants, facilitators and learning partners with expertise in leadership development, coaching, facilitation, network building, systems change and organisational culture.
