Nearly 100 Greater Manchester Schools receive funding to open their facilities to provide more opportunities for the local community to be active.


Sport England released the latest active survey results on the 29th April that showed the impact of Covid-19 on physical activity.


The latest Active Lives results published by Sport England shows that 73.3% of adults in Bury are active for at least 30 minutes a week, this equates to 111,400 adults moving. This is a decrease of 5,500 from 12 months ago.
