The ‘Month of Hope’ runs from World Suicide Prevention Day on the 10th September to World Mental Health Day on the 10th October and aims to raise awareness of both suicide prevention and Mental Health and Wellbeing.
We are running two extra RHS Wellbeing Walks on the run up / over this monthly period to help raise awareness. Come for a social walk in the beautiful RHS Bridgewater gardens, meet new people, have a chat and a drink in the café post walk.
Dates: Tuesday 6 September and Tuesday 4 October
Time: 12pm -1pm (1 hour)
Meet at: 11.50am prompt at the front of the Welcome Building, RHS Bridgewater Gardens.
