GreaterSport have secured 15 free places on the Physical Activity in the Workplace workshop hosted by our partners at Rener Wellbeing.

The workshop will be a 60 minute interactive, virtual workshop suitable for employers and employees looking to enable moving more into your working day. Rener Wellbeing will provide information, advice and guidance on physical activity in the workplace, with a focus on working from home now that so many of us are doing this during the pandemic. The aim of the session is to help attendees understand how being active and moving more supports good health and simple steps to building activity into the working day.
