The Foundation has pulled together extensive support on a number of topics to help you look after your mental health during the Coronavirus outbreak. This includes tip for employers and employees, nurturing your relationships during this time and support with talking to children about the pandemic. Access their support here.

The NHS has a wide range of resources to support you if you are feeling low, stressed or anxious. Including support for both adults and children. They are all freely available on their website here.
