These hour-long spaces are designed to get us thinking and doing, inspired by a series of TED Talks.
The format is simple. We meet for an hour, watch a TED Talk together for the first 20 minutes then discuss what this means for us and our vision of enabling people to move more. After the session you will be given a short activity sheet, to help you to continue exploring the topic and experiment with the ideas in your practice.
With help from some surprising footage, Derek Sivers explains how movements really get started. (Hint: it takes two.)
