Be 'authentic'. Come as your 'whole self'. There are plenty of sound bites around encouraging us all to 'show up' but what does any of that actually mean in practice?
We humans are meaning-seeking, sense-making experts, often without even knowing how we do it. A large part of the answer to both, the 'who' we are at work and 'how' we approach all the challenges and opportunities that brings, lies not in personality or behavioural preferences but in our values. Every individual has a unique pattern of personal priority values serving as an internal framework for every decision we take and the way we feel about the consequences afterwards.
This is your invitation to use a leading online values inventory tool and join a workshop to explore your personal values landscape. Come and discover how those values not only frame your experience of systems and leadership but also connect with your values to express yourself in ways that build bridges with others even if they may see the world in a different way.
Research shows that connecting practice with values can improve productivity, reduce stress and increase creativity.
Your values may be one of your most powerful untapped resources: care to find out more?
