In this initial session we will explore ‘Leadership in the Social Age’ - this work is about leadership at the intersection of systems - beyond the formal, and into the social.

We will be looking at the rise of communities, and how Social Leadership is a type of leadership that is earned, not gifted, and which is held within our authentic action. We will even consider how we can view change as a social movement.

Our session will be informal and a chance to explore the latest research as well as to explore what people are doing in other organisations and industries around the world.

You can watch more on the topic below.

This session will be delivered by Julian Stodd.
