GLL are looking for a number of experienced Athletics Coaches to work at our Athletics Venues in Manchester.

Our coaches sit within our junior brands division as the majority of our sports courses we deliver are to children; nationally over 120,000 children attend our sports courses. We're managing more sports and leisure centres than ever before making us the UK's largest leisure operator. And with nearly 200 sports facilities throughout the UK, including some of the most iconic and sought-after training centres, you'll be sure to find somewhere to match your skills.

As an Athletics Coach, you'll help us to get more kids active and enjoying athletics than ever before and what better place to do it than in some of the North West's best sporting venues where many large athletics competitions are held. With your coaching skills, maybe you could discover one of our Team GB Olympians of the future! If you have an Athletics Level 1, 2 or 3 qualification and have the type of personality to inspire and put children at ease, you could join our high-performing team of coaches here in Manchester. You'll get to work flexibly during the week and also have the opportunity to coach at our summer camps, which also cover most indoor athletic disciplines.

In return, we offer a range of benefits that you'd expect from the U'K's largest leisure provider:

  • Pension schemes
  • Discounted membership at our leisure centres
  • Career pathways
  • On going training and development to help you be the best

If you have the passion and skills for this role, apply now.

The welfare and safety of the children in our care is of the utmost importance to us at GLL. We follow safer recruitment procedures to ensure that our staff are checked and appropriate to work with children and young people. Therefore we'll require you to complete an enhanced DBS check before you will be allowed to start work.

All pay rates are subject to skills, experience, qualifications and location.
